Life Insurance Buyouts

Hi everyone....

I have a very dear & close friend who is like a brother to me, who is HIV+. His T Cells have dropped below 200 now....I am trying to keep him healthy etc, but it is getting more difficult for him to work and if he catches a cold, he is out for 2 weeks....Normally he bounces back, but it is getting more difficult as time goes on...

He has a fantastic life insurance policy, & I know in the late 90's, investors were buying out policies for cash...

Does anyone out there know of this and if so, can you please let me know some names etc of who I can contact?

We would so much appreciate it!
He needs to have something to help him live on & keep his dignity.
