lonliness & scared

I will start with saying I met him 1 & 1/2 yrs ago and fell in love. He told me right from day one he had full blown AIDS and had had it for 13 yrs. I could not turn him away, my heart became his at the moment I met him. He has had a life full of trials and tribulations. I am not sure what to do or think lately. I do know allot about the disease etc from him and my involvement but he is getting worse, which kills me inside in iteslf, however the most heartbreaking of it all is that he seems to be pulling away from me and more and more into hiimself as time goes by. I have tried t make him understand I love him very much and want nothing more than to be there for him and by his side. Lately I have felt so lonely because he does not seem to want me around, he assures me he still feels the same but just can't tolerate someone around him because of his depression. Is there anything I can do to help?? Anyone who can help me out? I want to help him in so many ways but he just won't let me, I try to give him his space as much as I can but I am at a loss now as to how to bring him out of this. I want to make whatever time we have left a happy time, or at least as happy as it can be. I cannot stand the thought of losing him altoghther but i do know that is the reality. I just don't want to push him completely away either by trying to be too pushy myself? So confused!
