New to Being Hiv +

I am new to being + and understanding what i am in for with now being +.Let me put it this way i am lost and sad and i dont understand and alot that is going through. In december of 06 when i found out i was ok with everything but i will say it is now 3/07 and i am having a hard time dealing with my mood swings and understand that i have to now learn my whole life over agian and i am having a hartd time find people to talk to or just to listing to me. if any one want to listin or talk please do.My mind is going so fast some times and i dont know what i can do to slow it down. my viral load is over 100 thousand and my ct4 are between 300-400 and i dont know if that is good or bad, i am not on meds yet. I do sleep alot and have a hard time breathing but i just take live slower now.My doc has told me and put my off work all ready and i dont under stand why so early in this illiness this could happen. so i dont work but i now have to wait till disabilty checks come in and the welfare office are mean and rude and there are times when i get freaked out know i have to go there and i get hard of breathing and i dont know anyother orginzation that could or would help me out. If any one could point me to the right direction i would like the help.I will say i do know some things about being pos but i do know now that i will have to re educat my self on it all agian. Thank you for letting me just talk and make no sence sometime and get alot of this off my shoulders.
