Confused

I have this problem and i'm seriously confused, i'm sorry if i posted in the wrong forum, but i need guidance badly.
I'm a 17 year old homosexual male and i've had unprotected sex countless times. I know the possibility of me having HIV is very high. However i'm too scared to get tested, mainly because i'm afraid it will turn out positive and also because its considered wrong and against the law to participate in homosexual acts in the country that i live in. I really dont know what to do.
Any guidance will suffice.

U gotta get tested!
It is very important for U to know now than latter on...
I understand U that U are very scared but believe me that there are worse illnesses than AIDS.The only way to keep your health at a good level is to know if U are poz or not and to get started the therapy(if there is the case).
So get tested and good luck!
