This window will open an install and run window. Accept the download, it is a java script. It will not permanently install a program on your computer, it just allows the java script to load. 

Click Always trust content from Digi-Net and the java script will load automatically next time you login. (It is at the bottom of the install and run window.)

The Chat room is open for HIV meetings (chats) every night from (and later).  If no one is there check one of the other rooms (there are lots of rooms).
